Absolutely! Better too if you use our app. You will earn loyalty points which you can redeem later for your pura vida favorites.
We do also work with third-party platforms like Uber Eats.
Something wasn’t quite right with your order?
Contact us and in some cases, we can issue a credit right to the app for future orders.
DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?
Our tables are first come first served. We OFFER indoor and outdoor dining AT ALL STORE LOCATIONS.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
Yes! We have options for both gluten-free & vegan diets. YOU MAY ALSO REQUEST THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN INGREDIENTS IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY, FOR EXAMPLE.

HOW DO I GET HELP WITH A CURRENT ORDER IN PROCESS?
The best way to reach us is via our LIVE-CHAT in the Pura Vida mobile app. Please include your ORDER # and STORE LOCATION so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel an order made on the app or online?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel - it is likely in the making.
ISSUE WITH AN ORDER PLACED ON UBEREATS?
For most issues with orders placed through third-party platforms, you will need to first contact their support team. We are not able to make adjustments to these orders in most cases and any credits or refunds must also be requested directly with that third-party platform.
