Compared to conventional grain-finished beef, our steak is naturally leaner, with lower total and saturated fats. Because we believe eating well should taste as good as it feels, we chose grass-finished beef for its naturally lean profile. Thanks to a natural, forage-based diet, it offers a more favorable fatty acid profile, with higher omega-3s and CLA, plus more vitamin E and beta-carotene than conventional grain-finished beef.
